NO JACK

Secure Trailers at Last!

NO JACK is a self-contained safety device that prevents the rotational movement between a semi-tractor and trailer from exceeding recoverable limits when the vehicle is in forward motion.

All Conditions, Every Trip

At slow speeds and in reverse the trailer is free to move in all directions. As the trailer hits roadway speeds, NO JACK’s steel retention pin drops in to ensure your cargo remains secure, regardless of the elements or conditions. NO JACK neatly stores atop the trailer apron, out of the way of grit and ice.

Safe Turns & Lane Changes

During deployment, NO JACK allows tractor-trailers to change lanes, make wide turns, and use ramps and interchanges while keeping the trailer safely behind the vehicle. NO JACK automatically retracts into the trailer apron for full articulation of the trailer when maneuvering at slow speeds and in reverse.

Future Forward

The kingpin and fifth-wheel coupling is the standard for connecting trailers worldwide. This simple design has proven safe and reliable for towing most payloads. NO JACK is compatible with existing American and European fifth-wheel hardware — we are ready for the future of carrier transit.

Automatic Safety

NO JACK automatically deploys a steel retention pin into the "V" throat of the fifth-wheel coupling on a connected truck when the vehicle reaches a designated speed or the Automatic Braking System is engaged.

Driver Operated Vehicles

NO JACK deploys when conditions warrant the trailer to be secured behind the vehicle, with no driver interaction required.

Automated Vehicles

As the world moves toward automated hauling, trailer safety must remain a top priority. Slick conditions, roadside hazards, and various scenarios can challenge even the best automated systems, posing risks to bystanders and property. Securing loads on autonomous haulers with NO JACK protects roadways and facilitates a safer transition to a driverless future.

OEM Integrated

Integrating NO JACK into your product lineup enhances safety appeal and helps fleet customers reduce insurance costs. NO JACK fits discreetly between frame rails, housed below the cargo floor, affixed to the apron plate.

Patented Utility

NO JACK is the ultimate solution for preventing jackknifes permanently — and we hold the patent to prove it.
